Q1. Can I change the interior layout of the home?
A. Yes, for an additional cost to re-draw the engineering documents.

Q2. In what locations does Santelli build?
A. Santelli Builds Pole Barn Homes In The Finger Lakes & Western Central New York Areas. Basically from Rochester to Syracuse and all points in between.

Q3. How Long will it take to build my new Pole Building Home?
A. 5 Days from the start for the outside, roof, etc (called a shell or envelope). The interior build-out may take one, two or several months - depending on what you need to have done. Your budget and assistance, if any from contractors, will also play a role in determining the time frame.

Q4. How much budget should I allow for the interior build-out?
A. This is difficult to say as it depends on what your requirements are. For example, Do you want one or two bedrooms? Where do you want to place the interior walls and doors? How much to you want to spend on a kitchen? Marble countertops or granite? Quartz or laminate?

For the bathroom, do you want a tub and shower separate? As a VERY rough estimate, we recommend doubling the cost of the original structure for the interior build-out budget. A general Contractor will be able to assist you in budgeting.

Santelli MAY be able to recommend contractors, depending on the location of your new property.

Q5. How much drywall/paint/flooring will I need for the interior?

Q6. Does Santelli Warranty my new Pole Building Home?
A. While we don't have an actual written warranty, we have a solid reputation since 1945 of warranting all of our work. This, together with our local service, allows us to provide workmanship repairs for the life of the home.(The interior work and materials are typically warranted by the appropriate manufacturer and/or the General Contractor - who may have installed the bathtub, for example.)
